What phone will I receive next?

Since I am on insurance and they are giving me a new phone to replace the one I have now. What phone will they give me? Right now I have the IPhone 8 Plus does that mean they are going to give me the IPhone XS Max?

they wont give you an xs max you will most likely get a refurbished iPhone 8 here's what the website says

Adding on to what @Constructive told you, don't assume that you'll get a newer replacement just because your current phone is older. Assurion and other insurance companies keep a large amount of older refurbished units for just this sort of thing.
