I have been trying to upgrade a phone through the website for months now but it keeps bringing up the same error:
The accounts page used to work fine and recognized the make/model all 3 of the wireless phones I have on our account. It now recognizes 2 phones and the 3rd is the wrong make/model entirely.
I know I can go into the store, but the store does not have the same single payment deal that the website has. Neither does ordering by phone. I want to be able to look through the options visually. This is super inconvenient.
Is there any way to fix the website so I can upgrade through there? I have already been told via chat agent that I have to call or go to a store. I'm about ready to just cancel all our service.
