upgrade issues

I have been trying to upgrade a phone through the website for months now but it keeps bringing up the same error:

Uh oh! Something went wrong
Please call us at 800.331.0500, so we can help with your order.

The accounts page used to work fine and recognized the make/model all 3 of the wireless phones I have on our account. It now recognizes 2 phones and the 3rd is the wrong make/model entirely. 

I know I can go into the store, but the store does not have the same single payment deal that the website has. Neither does ordering by phone. I want to be able to look through the options visually. This is super inconvenient.  

Is there any way to fix the website so I can upgrade through there?  I have already been told via chat agent that I have to call or go to a store.  I'm about ready to just cancel all our service.

What do you mean by this?

What phone or phones are you trying to purchase? And a link to the page you're looking at might be helpful

I have the EXACT same problem and no one has been able to help me. My phone just shows up as an amber alert gps and I can't upgrade it. This is VERY frustrating.

I need to add that the gentleman I spoke to on the phone couldn't fix this error and offered to upgrade my device over the phone but I wasn't offered the same deal that I would've gotten on the app
