Unlock Request Never Received Initial Email

I am trying to unlock my iPhone 6. After submitting my request with the IMEI number, I never received the initial email (the one you must confirm within 24 hours). However, 24 hours later, I received an email saying I had not responded in time (even though I had received no email prior). I tried submitting another request again and it looks like the same thing is about to happen again... Yes, I checked all of my folders including the spam folder.

Hello @ryana2842,

We can definitely take a closer look into why you have not received your unlock request confirmation email. It can take up to 2 business days for us to respond to your device unlock request. Check back if you filed your unlock request less than 2 business days ago. Because the link in your confirmation email expires in 24 hours, you will need to submit another wireless unlock request on our Device Unlock Portal if that amount of time has already passed, and you have not received your confirmation email. Let us know if you do not receive your confirmation email for the new unlock request, and we'll be happy to help.

I have the same issue. I moved to japan due to receiving orders for the military and I have submitted the request twice as well. I have not received a confirmation email at either request.

Sean, thank you for your reply. I have tried the unlock request several times now (waiting 2 business days in between) and still no confirmation email. Now I don't even get the email saying that my request timed out after 24 hours. If you could help facilitate this process that would be much appreciated.
