Underhanded Business Tactics
I signed up for auto pay in the store about 3 months ago only to find out they never enrolled me and now I owe extra fees and charges. This the 2nd time this has happened and I will be changing phone companies to avoid being charged unjustly. I recommend everyone do so. This is a not a trustworthy company, they will rob you if they can.

Every time I have ever signed up for auto-pay I have also been told that I must pay manually until auto-pay begins.
You not tracking your bill payments for 3 months is a whole other issue.
Covid 19 allowed for no disconnects and waived overage and late fees IF YOU ASK. You have to submit a request for waiver of any additional charges related to non payment during covid-19.

How does it take you 3 months to figure that out? Enrolling in autopay is also something you can do or verify yourself online. So the screwed up, why didn’t you verify yourself? I sure would have.
