Unable to process payment

I’m trying to preorder the new iPhone and my payment is not being accepted in the app, on the website, or through phone. Have there been any reported issues?

We do our best to make sure we have enough to ship out. Sometimes the popularity and demand can outweigh the supply. If the site said the payment didn't go through you may have to use a different payment method.
