Trying to carrier unlock phone... taking a long time...
So, I paid off my phone. I am trying to carrier unlock it. I put the request in on 10/4. It's still in progress. It says on the website, the unlock can take up to 2 business days. Well, it's been 4 now (3 business days). Any idea what's going on?

How long ago did you pay off your phone? Phone may not be recorded as paid off until full cycle passes.
While this is not a legitimate reason for the system not to process your unlock, the fact is that AT&T has an Antiquated system and the billing system and the unlocked portal do not communicate as they should (quickly. I mean for gosh sakes it's a computer)
