Trading in an old phone, I need help with location identifier

Huh? I am very cell phone savvy, and this makes no sense. Explain what you're asking?
Is it possible you are looking for the IMEI number?
For the shipping label it is asking for the Location identifier

Location identifier is normally used for devices you are returning and or exchanging during a BRE(Buyer's Remorse Exchange).
We want to ensure you were provided with the correct shipping information and label. You can request a new shipping label here with your shipping kit. Just enter your email address you used during check out and your confirmation number.
