For the shipping label it is asking for the Location identifier

Location identifier is normally used for devices you are returning and or exchanging during a BRE(Buyer's Remorse Exchange).
We want to ensure you were provided with the correct shipping information and label. You can request a new shipping label here with your shipping kit. Just enter your email address you used during check out and your confirmation number.
You can also call our Trade-In support team at 1-888-445-6005 M-F 7am-7pm CST or
S-S 9am-5pm CST.
If you are unable to get your shipping label resent to you, please let us know so we can meet you in a DM to provide you with that information.
