Trade-in return confusion
We ordered 2 new iPhone 14s and opted to trade-in 2 iPhone 11s. Got a return kit for only one of the phones. So I called customer service, and they sent an email with the return label. The email was "ATT Direct Fulfillment Return Label for Order ######"
Now the old phones are in transit, but they still show the old confirmation numbers and there is no confirmation # for the emailed one. So will it cause a confusion or will ATT be able to figure it out correctly? Please advise.
