Trade-in not processed yet
I traded -in my Google Pixel 4XL on time but it still shows as "in transit" on the att app after 11 weeks. Contacted trade in support multiple times but no resolution yet. Contacted customer service as well but they asked me to contact the trade-in support. Any suggestions on how to get this resolved.
