Trade in shipment

Sent my trade in on September 17 and last update on September 23. Saying your package will arrive later than expected. Did contact usps and they said packages sometimes don’t get scanned. Your cell phone provider will need to contact HYLA MOBILE (third party recipient) to investigate internally. Please inform your cell phone provider that a case was created with the Postal Service and the recommended course of action is to contact HYLA MOBILE at 629-401-3714. Trying to get someone to help me with the matter.

This is not your cell phone provider, this is a customer populated community. Just in case you think that's what you've done.

You call 611 or use chat and talk to AT&T directly.

Did you save the tracking number on your package?

It is scanned by the post office and by The Courier that picks it up either Pitney Bowes or newgistics. Check your tracking number on both of those websites to see if they picked it up

At this time, we'd recommend for you to follow up with our HYLA team at 877-244-9829. They'll be able to continue to assist you further with tracking your return. Also, be advised once your device is received, it may take some time to process through trade-in. 


We suggest for you to wait another week to see if you receive an update on the status of your return. If not, please don't hesitate to reach back out so that we're able to continue to investigate your concerns.
