Trade in shipment
Sent my trade in on September 17 and last update on September 23. Saying your package will arrive later than expected. Did contact usps and they said packages sometimes don’t get scanned. Your cell phone provider will need to contact HYLA MOBILE (third party recipient) to investigate internally. Please inform your cell phone provider that a case was created with the Postal Service and the recommended course of action is to contact HYLA MOBILE at 629-401-3714. Trying to get someone to help me with the matter.
