Trade in program
I need shipping labels to return three phones as part of the trade in program.
The AT&T website
https://www.att.com/wireless/return-policy/ suggests I call which I have (4) different times. 30-60 minutes per call.
Each rep says to wait 7-10 days.
I advise them I have 3 boxes but 2 labels.
I call a store and ask if I can drop off my trade in devices they say no. Online orders must be shipped.
1. The reps don’t have clear directions on trade ins process.
2. The stores do not want to mix online orders.
3. The website is either false, needs amending, or communicated to anyone managing the trade in program.
4. I try to find where to print labels, the site says wait 7-10 days.
I enter my email and confirmation# for new shipping labels. It says wait for 10 days.
I am writing in detail as I’ve identified so many gaps in process, and I want to help.
Can I please get a shipping label?
