Trade in hasn’t been picked up in close to a month
I had dropped off my trade in at the post office on 09/21. It is now 10/17 and has not been picked up from this same location. The Pitney Bowles website lists the tracking as sitting at the USPS location that I had left it at, without any movement. What irks me most is the other trade-in that was turned in on the same day, has already been completed on the trade in process being picked up only a few days after 09/21. It’s as if the vendor completely forgot about the other phone. Is there any way for ATT or Pitney to figure out they need to pick up this trade in? I’m a bit worried my credit is going to have issues even though I have followed their process perfectly.
