Trade in Credits missing
I traded in 4 phones back in April. AT&T emailed me the return labels and I sent them in. The problem is they sent me labels to return my new phones instead of the trade ins. I didn't know that and I sent them in as instructed. They have been giving me the run around for months now with no results. I have already spoke with multiple people in the loyalty department and nothing helps. Does anyone have any ideas to help. Thanks.
