Trade in Credits missing
I traded in 4 phones back in April. AT&T emailed me the return labels and I sent them in. The problem is they sent me labels to return my new phones instead of the trade ins. I didn't know that and I sent them in as instructed. They have been giving me the run around for months now with no results. I have already spoke with multiple people in the loyalty department and nothing helps. Does anyone have any ideas to help. Thanks.

If you’ve already spoken to the loyalty group and they haven’t helped, your next step is to escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you.
