Trade In Boxes Never Received, FCC Complaint & (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines)
To AT&T: I upgraded 3 phones and never received the trade-in boxes. I kept calling and each time I got transferred to multiple departments over at least an hour's time. I keep a detailed log of every phone call, department, agent and supervisor I have spoken to, and their promises.
After 11 months of trying and over paying for the phones I should have for free, I switched to Verizon. I will not pay a dime on the final bill for the 3 phones. I will use this log for formal compliant filed with FCC and I'm starting a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines).
To AT&T customers who see this message, I have read so many messages on this forum that are related to trade-in scams, it makes me sick to the stomach how AT&T blatantly lies and deceives its customers.
