Smart watch ordered 24 days ago still has not shipped

On Aug 21 I ordered a smart watch. It gave a ship date of Sep 12-19. I thought that was odd at the time because that would be almost a month out but figured it would ship sooner than that so I waited and waited and as of today it still has not shipped. I spoke to a rep last Thursday who said she could put in an order to have it delivered Sunday. Waited at home all day Sunday nothing came. Spoke to another rep on Monday who immediately sent me to a supervisor. I waited on hold for this supervisor to review my account then when he finally came back he said I can’t help you you need to call our order team. So I called the order team and was told the ship dates (that I was already aware of) and that since the watch was an older model they had to wait for apple to send it to them so they could send it to me. Ok I get that but unless they sent it by pony express they should have received it by now. Other than that no one can tell me why it has been almost a month and my watch still hasn’t shipped. I am very frustrated because 1 it hasn’t shipped and 2 no one can tell me why other than the generic answers I have already been given. I have had this account a very long time and have never had any problems with this company. If I were another type of person I would cancel my account and go to another. All I want is an answer and my watch. I ordered it because I am not allowed to have my phone on me at work and I have an elderly mother in poor health who may need to contact me during the day. Any other time I have ordered a device I have been able to pick it up in store the next day or in less than a week. Not good AT&T.
