Shady plan switching, non existent BYOD credits and no support for nurses as promised.
So after talking with a representative, I ordered a plan online, promised no activation fee, 250 credit pretty line byod, and a medical response discount.
I had trouble with my sims, I'm not a newb in this department, and called their joke customer service the different times. I had my plan switched without consent telling me it negated the original deal, was charged all activation lines, and when I was told my wife would get the nurses discount after going into the store they explained she needed to be the primary on the phone..
Any other issues with these bait and switch tactics? My father in law suggested a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) and it's not a great deal of money but seems just so dishonest. My bill was supposed to be $150 a month, first one was well over $300 with service changes, which I never agreed to.
It's so disheartening.

Did you place the call or was it a cold call? Did you go into a Retail Store or a Corporate Store? All plans, deals, and promos are listed in detail on AT&T's website.
