sent trade in to the return address
I sent my trade in using the packaging inside the phone. Phone was returned to Pitney Bowes. Called AT&T Mobility and was told there was nothing they could do and I would need to contact Pitney Bowes and somehow track down my phone. I asked for a number to contact them and was told they don't have a number for them. I realize this is my fault, however it's confusing when they send return packaging in the box your new phone comes in. So, basically there's nothing I can do.
