Scammed just like the rest

I purchased a Samsung on February 7th. Not knowing i would not be leaving the store without my device. I've purchased plenty of phone here in the past from Verizon and never had a problem. Ever. funny enough my salesmans name was Lenox also. I was supposed to receive my phone before or on the 10th of February. First off I get a discount through my employer. Since we were just about on the last page of the contract he said dont worry about it just come back when you get it and we'll take care of it. Secondly it was my sons birthday coming up and I wanted the phone to be shipped to another address. Lennox told me the computer wouldn't let him do it. About 6 weeks later I was still waiting for my device that was saying it was delivered a few days before. Ghe aggravation and frustrated and poor customer service made this one of the most regretful choices I've ever made. I've spent a total of over 60-70 hours on thd phone with half witts and gotten nowhere.  I've gone into 2 separate at&t store with customer service on the phone and been told they will not do what I needed done according the the representative on the phone. Because they're not at&t store's they're 3rd party. 👌  everything's franchised these day's so what. I head something different from each person I wasted my time with. Ending every call with asking my case be escalated and to speak to a supervisor. I was told I'd be called back 50 times. Never got 1 call. I asked every call be documented. Im still waiting for my $250 gift card my discount was applied a week ago. And wont go into effect for 2 or 3 month's. I was told I'd be refunded my deposit for the insane amount of frustration before I ever received the phone.  To date I've gotten nothing. I'm ready to pu t in writing and pay my attorney to deliver my messages. I've commented all over on social media. No response. I've taken every survey no response. I said something on xfinitys site yesterday and got a response in 2 hours. I find it funny theres a forum for this exact problem. I thought i was alone.i can promise that if all customer were or are treated how uve been. You will be out of business shortly. I can also assure you that if the right person listened to my 70 hours of recordings the ones who got retraining would be the fortunate ones. I like everyone else have all ended documents but no way to get them to you. So maybe a (Edited per community guidelines) would be even better than going alone. Sounds good to me. I would love to cause this company franchise and or individuals the same level of frustration ive been put through. Time is priceless. I've got 2 little ones. I definitely don't have a minute to spare. Never mind hours at a time. Best of luck to everyone who ready this. And please feel free to email me if you'd like to jump on the boat. This is an AT&T customer populated forum, you're anonymous here. 

You post is rambling and does not clearly state what happened or when.  Some editing with dates? 

It's not even clear if you bought from AT&T or Verizon.  Xfinity? 

You seem to indicate you still don't have your order 5 months later? 

I'm wondering if you are even contacting the correct carrier.
