Returns agent

After completing switch from Verizon I received my phone and sent my trade in (mint iPhone 11 Pro Max) back to AT&T on September 24th. This was dropped off at post and picked up by “shipping agent” on September 26th.  I have not seen any movement since then and am beginning to worry.  Any suggestions?

Use the tracking number on the Pitney Bowes website. The agent is a courier, in this case Pitney Bowes, which picks up these packages from the post office and delivers them to the warehouse. For the trade in the warehouse is in Tennessee.  A third party called Hyla Mobile recycler
