Returned Device Not Recognized as Received
I returned my device in July and am now being charged for it because AT&T says they don’t have it. I have the tracking information and previously tracked the package and know AT&T received it but now went on Pitney Bowes website and can’t find the tracking information. How can I verify AT&T received it other than the information I have from USPS that states it was picked up and processed by return agent?

Ugh this happened to me too! Awful experience getting it resolved, finally got a "good faith" credit after 3 calls. They still won't refund sales tax. The USPS tracking data is not updated on USPS but this site from the label I received shows package delivered: https://attdf.shipment.co/track/
Do better AT&T.
