Remove a phone
My husband is disabled and doesn’t leave home unless he is with me. He uses 0gb of data, as when he does use his phone he is always on Wi-Fi. When he’s out he’s always with someone. Can I remove him from our plan and he will only use Wi-Fi calling? Our phones are both paid off.

We are here to help remove your husband's line off of your account, @Barbgilbert.
Wi-Fi calling only works when you're experiencing poor connection, you can turn on Wi-Fi calling to stay connected. If you are wanting to remove your line, to stay in contact with your husband, you can download a 3rd party calling app, Facebook Messenger, FaceTime if the device is an iPhone, etc.
Let's meet in a DM to further discuss. You will find a chat icon next to a bell icon in the upper right corner of this page. Our next message will appear there.
Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums. We look forward to chatting with you soon!

WiFi calling is part of cellular service. You would have to use a virtual service like Google voice.
How do you feeds or film just be aware most virtual Services cannot be used for two-factor Authentication. Google Voice does work on data or Wi-Fi. It allows calls and texts from a virtual phone number. It includes voicemail.
If you wants to keep his phone number he could Port his phone number to Google Voice for a one-time $20 fee. After that it's free
