Purchase of Harman Spark gets stuck on step 3 of 5

I'm trying to add a Harman Spark to my account and purchase a data plan, but when I get to step 3 of 5, nothing loads on the right column, but a bunch of gray bars that keep flashing.  I had it sit this way for 10 minutes once.  I've shut off ad blockers, used different browsers, etc., but nothing.  I still think your website is very clunky and very slow compared to most websites, and I am wondering if this is what is contributing to the current problem.  I also wish your ATT Community forums login information was the same as my account information.  TOO many passwords/usernames etc. to have to remember already.

We have submitted your feedback about our websites so that we can work on our areas of opportunity. We recommend clearing the cache for your browser.  If you have a PC running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
  3. Select the items you want to clear.
  4. Select the Delete, OK, Clear, or Clear data button, depending on your browser type.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.

In order to add a line or device to your account. Before you begin: 

Add the device to your account

  1. Go to your att.com/activate.
  2. Follow the prompts to order a new physical AT&T SIM card.

I was trying to BUY the device from your website, not adding a device I already own.  It adds the device to the cart, then takes me to step 3 of 5 and gets stuck.  I tried again today.  I've cleared my cache, used different browsers, even did in-private mode.  It always gets stuck.

We've submitted a ticket so that this can be addressed. In the meantime, we'd advise visiting an AT&T store to purchase the device.
