Porting my number
Nov 3 got my.pixel. Super happy about it. Well, they said to port over my number. I did. Now it's Nov 8 and since Nov 4 I haven't had any service. I've called PAC and they are USELESS. Metro is USELESSS. What ever happened to customer service!

1. There's kind of a huge gap in your information. Did your phone number ever work on AT&T?
2.. Were you receiving calls and texts and able to use data on your new phone?
3. Were there any calls or texts and was Data still active on your Metro by T-Mobile phone?

It worked for 24 hours. The salesman did two port attempts and it's been in port limbo. If I try and add a line without porting a number I'm required to pay full price for a phone. Now it's in suspension awaiting port or something like that
