Phone upgrade shipment date inquiry

My cell upgrade is estimated to ship 2 days (11/17) before I leave for my vacation (11/19).  
Can I request that it be sent to my local ATT?  Or can I request to delay the shipment date until I get back home?  I’ve called and visited my local ATT and cannot get help until it is “shipped”.  Plan B is to call the shipping vendor (USPS, FedEx?) and ask if they can hold it.  
I can’t rest easy until I can confirm.

As you mentioned, for your particular situation, reaching out to your shipping vendor would be the best course of action. While we do offer in-store pickup, this would have to have been selected during the initial order.

Thanks for the response!  Yes, I’m waiting for order to ship to contact the shipping vendor.  
During my order online, I was looking for the option to select “deliver to my local store” or use my “PO Box”.  It did not give me the option to deliver to the store and when I tried to set it to my PO Box I received the message that they cannot deliver to a POB.  
I made the executive decision to move forward and figure it out along the way.
