Phone upgrade shipment date inquiry
My cell upgrade is estimated to ship 2 days (11/17) before I leave for my vacation (11/19).
Can I request that it be sent to my local ATT? Or can I request to delay the shipment date until I get back home? I’ve called and visited my local ATT and cannot get help until it is “shipped”. Plan B is to call the shipping vendor (USPS, FedEx?) and ask if they can hold it.
I can’t rest easy until I can confirm.
