Phone order canceled and hasn't refunded my money
I ordered an iphone 14 pro max from AT&T online and the money was debited from my card. I got an email that the order was confirmed but soon in 15 seconds I received another email that the order had been cancelled for my security as they couldn't verify it was me.
The full amount of the phone has been debited from my account and the I called up my bank to find out if there was any credit amount on hold but they said there was none and that amount has been debited and to contact you guys for the refund.
Also I called up the customer service for AT&T and they said that it should happen today but it didn't happen.
Please help as it is urgent for me to get the money back.
