Order status

I am new to At&t and this is my first phone order. I completed the id verification on 11/9/2022 and the order is still stuck on "we are "working on your order". So it's been more than a week since I submitted my driver's license and the only thing that changed is the message asking me to submit my driver's has gone away from the screen. And I did submit my driver's license with in the 24 hours and got the screen saying it was complete. 

Here is my order # 23-277513242463010 and zip code is 84106.
