why did my order status change from “we’re working on your order” to saying, “on hold” why did it change

If you don't have a balance due on your account, and you can confirm that the payment was accepted for your order, then it could be due to a higher demand for the product. We are currently working as fast as we can to keep everyone updated on their orders. If you have not received your confirmation email just yet, please do not be alarmed. Orders are processed in the order they were received. Please continue to keep an eye out for any emails from us. You want to check your spam and junk folders as well as emails tend to get sent there. We will fulfill the orders as they receive inventory, but direct Apple orders are usually given priority.
You can use our Order Management Portal to continue to find the latest updates regarding the status of your order; you'll need your order number and the shipping ZIP code.
