ORDER STATUS. LACK OF URGENCY FOR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS.
I have ordered my new phone online and AT&T had given me ranging dates when it will be shipped out. Well, it has been passed that! October 1 - October 3. it is now the 8th! My current phone I'm using is busted and the screen goes blank at random times. So when I get a text, I won't be able to see it. When I get a call, I won't be able to see it. Im on call and Ive lost work hours just because my phone wasn't working right and my new phone that was promised, didn't get to me on time. Ive talked to so many agents to see if they can help me but none of them did not solve the issue. Its because of you AT&T, that i have to struggle when i don't have to and try to make up my hours I lost from my job! Oh, and my bills came and I paid installments for the phone i don't even have yet. WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ME? CAN YOU MAKE UP MY TROUBLES? I AM SICK AND TIRED.
