Order cancelled. No explanation
Got several emails. First was order confirmation, next was telling me the 3 lines were successfully ported, then another advising my Iphone and 2 sim cards had shipped (new customer 3 lines), plus several other emails congratulating and welcoming us to ATT. Then tonight, at 10pm I get an email that my order has been cancelled. No explanation. Can't order in store because the promo is online only for 2 BYOD, I already asked before placing the order. Worse, I'm military so when I go back in to redo the order it says eligibility currently exhausted. Obviously, because of my order, which is supposed to arrive tomorrow by FedEx. I don't understand what is going on and since the email came at 10pm, there is no one to talk to about any of this. Way to take care of your service members.
