Order cancelled. No explanation

Got several emails. First was order confirmation, next was telling me the 3 lines were successfully ported, then another advising my Iphone and 2 sim cards had shipped (new customer 3 lines), plus several other emails congratulating and welcoming us to ATT. Then tonight, at 10pm I get an email that my order has been cancelled. No explanation. Can't order in store because the promo is online only for 2 BYOD, I already asked before placing the order. Worse, I'm military so when I go back in to redo the order it says eligibility currently exhausted. Obviously, because of my order, which is supposed to arrive tomorrow by FedEx. I don't understand what is going on and since the email came at 10pm, there is no one to talk to about any of this. Way to take care of your service members.

I dont mean to be the bearer of bad news but unfortunately, their treatment of their long time, loyal customers is just as aggregious and utterly incompetent. Tonight I had a support call escalated 3 seperate times and the very last "specialist" I had the misfortune of having to speak with was by far the most useless of the bunch. Not only was a considerable portion of my Thursday evening completely wasted, I was eventually told that my particular issue was just not resolvable and when I asked to speak with someone with adequate competence, experience and skill to fix my issue, I was repeatedly told that the call could not be escalated any further. Obviously, this was toal bs so I then requested their immediate supervisor and was told that they did not have a supervisor. I have been with ATT for over 20 years and this so called "specialist" was by far the most uselss, underqualified, condecending and rude a**hole I have ever been on the phone with in all that time and if I do not get a satisfactory resolution VERY VERY SOON, I will pay my current device off outright and immediately cancel my account and take my business somewhere else that will appriciate and value it and treat me as such. This interaction simply could not be any more unacceptable and I most certainly will not under any circumstances tolerate it a second time. I was never even offered any solutions or suggestions or anything at all of value or substance. Beware of the so called "support specialists" ATT puts in supervisory roles. As customers, it is our right to expect exceptional service and our obligation to stongly reject anything less. Without us, they have NO business.
