Online order
I have made several attempts to order a phone plan online. I even went to the nearest Att store and had to be walk out because I no longer had time. Then I got a email this morning asking me how I liked my most recent purchase. Can you please help me understand what's going on please

Since this is a community forum, you have to tell us what went wrong, it's not like we can see what went wrong.
Did you get the usual "We can't verify your identity " hitch? If you did you have to take your ID to a store.
