Note 10 plus Android 10

I have a note 10 plus with android 9
I have read that att have been pushing android 10 update
My friends have it but every time I run check update I get nothing, up to date

They push Software updates in waves. Sometime one person might get it before the other person. Apple has the same procedure.

Why my note 10 plus doesn't update to android 10. Its been months since the update is in the air. Did try smartswitch, samsung membres, check for software updates on the phone and nothing works.

If your not a ATT customer you wont get updates with a ATT branded phone.
