No Trade-In Info
I purchased new phones and transferred lines from Verizon at an AT&T store and was told the packaging and shipping would come with the phones. The phones arrived without anything to send in the trades. How do I get the necessary packaging and shipping labels?

Well I'm glad they didn't send you anything because that was not the correct information. Your trade-in packaging is sent a week to 10 days after you receive your new phones. You also may have the alternate option of taking your old phones to an AT&T corporate store and completing the trade in there. If you do so please make sure you get a receipt that indicates you are taking part in the trade-in promotion. The receipt should have the make and model of your phone, but may have a $0 value.
Or you can Google AT&T trade-in program and request your Packaging online.
Please pay close attention to how to fill out the forms so that you are returning this as part of the trade-in program with the correct code. Do that now if you're going to mail in.
You must have separate packaging and sticker for each phone you are sending in. Do not package your phones all in one Packaging. Please reinforce Packaging to protect your old phones and make sure they are factory reset.
