No return label
I upgraded my phone and they shipped the new phone with the return box but it had no return label.
I called at&t support and they said there was a system glitch and no return label was generated. She then told me she created a new return kit process and gave me a new tracking number.
I've waited two days now but I have not received the new return kit yet. I input the new tracking number with my email on the at&t trade in tracking site but it is not recognized.
Can someone from at&t help?

Can you contact with at&t support again. Maybe last time they forget to replay you.

Hello @Tyler14, this is not the experience we want you to have, we are here to help you get a prepaid label.
You can request a trade-in shipping kit using the trade-in portal. Turn off activation locks such as "Find My iPhone" and "Google Activation Locks" before mailing to avoid processing delays.

@ATTHelp so I received an email this morning with "import steps" instructions email. It says if I haven't received the return package kit in the time allotted in the email, then wait a few more days.
Problem is, email doesn't indicate when the kit is supposed to arrive.
I don't interact with AT&T much at all. But when I do, it is bad.
