Next up Plan cancelled?

So recently I have been browsing to upgrade my phone however when I went to check my account I notice the Nextup option is gone from my account. I’ve looked on previous billing history and from looks it was cancelled without my authorization. I don’t understand what happened and I would like someone to help me figure out this issue.
