Next up Plan cancelled?
So recently I have been browsing to upgrade my phone however when I went to check my account I notice the Nextup option is gone from my account. I’ve looked on previous billing history and from looks it was cancelled without my authorization. I don’t understand what happened and I would like someone to help me figure out this issue.

Then you need to call. No one here has access to your account or can determine how or when Next Up was cancelled.
