Need to get My Upgrade Back on My Account

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max through Best Buy and the ship date was Oct 17. A few days later, I see that Walmart has them in stock and can ship next door. I canceled my Best Buy order and received confirmation of the cancellation. Then I tried to go and do my upgrade via Walmart.com and it's saying I don't have an upgrade available and I need to pay off $1599 first.

I called Att and told the lady what was going on and she asked for the best buy order number so she could confirm I had canceled and then she came back and said you should be good to go. Neither on ATT site nor Walmart site is it showing that my upgrade is available now. Can someone please help. I just want my new phone.

Hello thank you for the post I got the issue resolved earlier today. I had to call 3 times before I finally got someone that knew what had to be done. Danielle was THEEEE MOST HELPFUL!
