Need a manager to unlock my phone asap
online portal doesn't work
many phone calls with customer service since Oct.1
online chat in messenger unable to escalate the issue, stating that the department that unlocks phones have a lot of phones to unlock and there is a long waiting line. (not buying this excuse)

Go ahead and file your FCC complaint. It doesn't do what you think it does. The free complaint is forwarded back to AT&T upper management and someone will contact you within 30 days. Typically within one business week.
