My Arlo cameras will not load after I updated to 16.1

I can not bring ing the video or the activity zones on my cameras since I download 16.1 and I have tried everything and Arlo is having a hard time figuring this out and I need my cameras. I have not downloaded the 16.1 on my iPad and I have no problems there so it has to do with the 16.1 update.

We understand your cameras aren't loading after installing the new software update, @sbutterfly44. Let's help with a solution.


Since you've tried many things, our recommendation would be to perform a master reset by following these steps:

  • RESET ARLO WHILE CONNECTED TO THE CLOUD: From the desired device's Settings screen, scroll to and select REMOVE DEVICE. Select OK to confirm. Follow the steps to set up a new device.
  • RESET ARLO WHILE DISCONNECTED FROM THE CLOUD: Press the Sync button on the camera. You will hear a clicking sound. Hold the QR code in front of the camera until you hear a chime sound. The camera will now reset to factory default settings.
