Hey there @jcollazo323, we'll be happy to answer your questions regarding ID verification.
Whenever you place an order with us, the link to verify your ID will either be sent to you in a text message or an email. For this reason, please check your inbox along with your spam and junk folders to make sure it wasn't missed. If 24 hours go by without the link being used, then the order will be automatically cancelled.
You can see more details about this ID verification link here, such as what you'll need to do, what to expect and the type of IDs you can use. If you're unable to verify your ID online, then you'll need to find an AT&T store and go there with your account info and photo ID to verify your identity.
