Label within the new device package
What is the shipping label that comes with my new phone’s package for? I’m trying to return the new phone since it was an wrong order and the person in ATT store told me to use that label to ship it back.
As I also requested a trade-in so I also have a trade-in order. Was that label in the new phone’s package for trade in or for return? I’m confused because now the status of my trade-in order has changed, but the new phone order has no changed yet.

To add more details, the trade in request was also a mistake and I didn’t not want to trade in anything

The label that came with your new phone should be to return the new phone if you don't want it. It should say RMA and should be addressed back to Texas
Trade-in packaging does not say RMA and it goes to Tennessee, and a third party called Hyla
