4. Choose your preferred location. 
5. Follow the prompts to check out and submit your order.
6. Wait until you get our email before you head to the store. We’ll let you know when your order’s ready to pick up.

Go to AT&T's website and carefully read the plans and offers before you go to a store.

A lot of AT&T Stores are just retail stores who are independently owned and operated separate from AT&T and are not staffed by AT&T employees (Sam's Club, BB, Walmart, Target, etc) and some actual brick and mortar stores are retail stores as well so you need to ask. They just sell AT&T goods and services. The retail stores have a bad reputation for doing anything to make a sale which is quite often promising more than what AT&T is willing to honor and use misleading and sometimes deceptive sales tactics to make a sale.

Either sign up online at AT&T or find an AT&T Corporate Store (ask if you go in).

An AT&T Corporate Store should offer the same deal if, as pointed out, if the deal is not just for online orders only. Read carefully.
