Installment plan terminated

Hello,

I have a device I thought I’ve been paying the installment plans for but on ATT it says it was terminated  and has return on it.

I upgraded my device last year from a 12 to the 14 pro max.

it seems like they kept the older device on and that’s what I have paid this entire time without any knowledge.

am I still responsible to pay for the 14 even if it was cancelled by the employee?

Can I return the device and receive my old one?

im not happy with ATT and would like to switch I’m paying for service that I hardly get.

All I can say is AT&T eventually will correct their system and charge you for the iPhone 14 if they haven't been.

Meanwhile you might want to read your bill.

What does the bill say you are paying for

I paid off the older device that was sent in when I upgraded instead of making payments towards the 14 Pro

i wonder if they correct it the payments made to the older device would be reflected on to the newer device.

Huh?

Again please read your bill. Your bill should state what phone you're paying for and which number installments you're paying for for example: installment 13 of 36 for an iPhone 14?

Hello @Itsanday, we are here to help you with the details about the installment plan. To get you the complete information, we need a few accounts details to check when the previous device was paid off.

Looking forward to speaking with you in DM. Please check your Direct Message inbox (it's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).
