I returned the package with the phones I received, I was told it was received and they knew it was mine, they won't give me back my money.
I was in an attempt to switch services to AT&T and I ordered 6 phones. After the price came out and I found out I was misled by a salesperson, I immediately returned the package. After they received my package, and I called multiple times to confirm that they did, they told me I would be receiving my refund. I waited for it for a week or two before I called again, to which they told me that they need a receipt to confirm or they can't return my money?? It's was two weeks after you told me it was received, I don't have the receipt. The phones are with you so I obviously don't have them, why wouldn't I be able to get my money back?
