Horrible customer service

Ordered my wife a new Galaxy 5 watch on September 20, 2022. Couple of days later I got a notice it had shipped. Waited a few days and checked the LSO website with the tracking number and it showed up in their system as data received...... Today is October 3rd. and emailing LSO ( AT&Ts shipper) they advised me they haven't even received the shipment. Contacted "Ricki" through AT&Ts Chat feature. She kept repeating my order had shipped. I even sent her a copy of my email from LSO. ... then she changed her story saying the watch wouldn't ship until October 21 or 22. A whole month from the order date ! I told her that was totally unacceptable.... then she changed her story AGAIN saying it had shipped and gave me some bogus order number. LSO is STILL saying they never received the package. Does AT&T even know what they have and haven't shipped ? Horrible customer service !! Still don't know the status of my order !!

Update..... Heard from a different rep via Facebook messaging yesterday. He advised me the Galaxy watch I ordered is actually on backorder and couldn't have shipped. Again, I contacted AT&T this morning via their Chat on the app. Wilson B is still adamant that the watch shipped on September 21st. LSO AT&Ts shipper is still saying they never received this package. Does ANYONE at AT&T knows what's going on ? I'm beginning to wonder !!
