Great Customer Service!
Recently upgraded my phone and my son's phone and made some account changes. Best customer services ever by the Sales Rep: Kaden D
2220 Abbott Rd, AT&T STORE - Suite A, Anchorage, AK 99507. He was professional and explained everything clearly, made sure I knew all the options, and was patient while everything transferred to our new phones. He was so knowledgable and kind. The entire store seems to support one another and enjoy working together! I was very impressed.
I did have to call customer support a few days later for questions and navigation help with some account changes I'd made. Lydia was so patient and professional. There wasn't actually anything wrong - except user error on my part! She spent 20 minutes helping me out and was a joy.
