device upgrade delivery - incorrect status

I went through the upgrade process for one of our devices. The delivery date says September 12th between 8am and 8pm which was yesterday. We did not receive any contact from ATT. The order status page has not updated. I attempted to contact a person for customer service but the only options are automated systems and this forum.

Will ATT provide us with an accurate date or date range for delivery? Is there a problem with the order? How would I know? Should upgrades be done at stores and not through the website? It's all very confusing and a poor experience in general.

Our first recommendation would be to use this resource to check the status of your order. Just simply type in your order number, ZIP code and click the gray box that says, "find your order". 

 

What is the make and model for the device that you ordered? This will help us to figure out why there is a delay. When was the device ordered? We can provide other resources to resolve your inquiry. Our second recommendation would be to use this resource for ordering and purchasing help. This page can help with updating a wireless order, choosing pickup/delivery options and scheduling a store appointment.

Hello,

The order was placed Sept 10th for an "Apple iPhone 13 - 128GB - Starlight"

Order status shows "we're starting" and states the delivery day as Sept 12th 8am to 8pm.

We have received no contact from ATT regarding the order
