Device unlocking for use with other service
Yes my carrier seen in this phone is eligible for me to use it with them and I have on you guys are not letting me use this phone for some reason it's not allowing SIM card to work with the AT&T account you guys please call me

Huh? That pretty much didn’t make sense but no one is going to call you. To unlock a phone, use the unlock portal:
