Device Trade In not eligible
I recently bought the S22 Ultra under the impression I was going to receive a $800 credit. I sent my old device in and got an email saying it was received by the warehouse. After a couple month of not seeing the credit I called support and they informed me that the activation lock was still on and the phone is not eligible. I get that, maybe I didn't didn't follow the instruction to the letter and messed up a step. But I was also told that I would not be getting the old device back. Did I really just get robbed for my old device or is there something that can be done?
