Device to unlock

Hi I applied my device to unlock August 29th, Request number: (Edited to remove personal information), however, I didn't confirm my request in 24hrs (the email was in my spam). I checked my status and it's showing pending and said me still not confirm the request; then i try to submit a new request, but it shown my device's IMEI is processing unlock and can't submit again, so i don't know how to do now?

We are here to help with your device unlock concerns, @elderbhz.

 

We do understand how important it is to get your device unlocked. Request that are not confirmed within 24 hours can get stuck in pending and will have to wait for the request to cancel out on its own. 

 

We do recommend checking your Spam and Junk folders as emails tend to get sent there. You also want to check out our list of device unlock requirements to be sure your device is eligible to be unlocked as this can cause a delay and leave your request in pending. 

 

In the meantime, you can continue to check your device unlock status to stay updated when your request cancels, so you can resubmit a request.

What is the average time to cancel the request, considering that I submitted the request basically 45 days ago, this already was supposed to be canceled.

There's no estimated date as its system generated. At the moment there is not a way for us to manually cancel it. We can meet in a DM to further review your status. You will find a chat icon next to a bell icon in the upper right corner. Our next message will appear there.

@ATTHelp  hello i need unlock my iphone.

Request the unlock for my iphone and the confirmation email never arrived, try to request the unlock again and it tells me that there is already a request in process and that I have to wait 24 hours and I have been waiting for a month and it keeps telling me the same thing, I need help me cancel that order I made so I can request it again
