Delivery of new phone
I ordered an upgrade a new Galaxy phone to replace my old Galaxy S10. Order was received and phone was shipped out Aug 6 with an expected delivery date of Aug 8/9. I've been following the shipment using the tracking number provided and see that the phone has been in the same place since 8 AM Aug 8th. It's a little frustrating as the route that the phone has taken has lead it steadily away from the delivery address, not closer.
I'm just wondering if I can get any clearer information about when the phone will be delivered, or if something happened to it in transit and something else needs to be done.
