Customer service

How do I leave a negative review about an associate? I was disconnected from a great employee and then got a different one who refused to transfer my call to IT and when I asked for a manager she said… “why so management can tell you the exact same thing I did?” And refused to give me her name. While I was still asking to be transferred she hung up on me and said “have a great day” which I’m sure was sarcasm.

Since you spoke on the phone there's absolutely no way to identify the person you spoke with. Hopefully the call was recorded for training purposes.
